You may freely use, publicly display, and publicly perform StatPlanet. The web-version of "StatPlanet Plus" requires a license, and may only be used on the web-domain(s) to which it is licensed. All other versions of StatPlanet (StatPlanet Map Maker, StatPlanet Lite, StatPlanet World Database and StatPlanet Graph Maker) have no restrictions on use, and may be freely copied and distributed through any website or media without permission.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, modify, adapt, decompile or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation; (b) sell or lease the Software; (c) remove or alter any product identification or copyright notices on the Software.

3. COPYRIGHT

This Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this License.
